No John, I don't believe "they all' conspired to do that. And then my question back to you is: do you believe that absolutely no one conspired to lead the U.S. into Iraq?
This Iraq question is sadly not unlike any other sticky political/economical/sociological/religious/etc. question, there are very few times when you/we can determine an absolute fact...right or wrong.
