Before I call HPRC, has anyone else experienced this problem?

We are trying to telnet to our 9000 from the 3000 and when we type in
characters, they
m
o
v
e

d
o
w
n
one character instead of left to right. (see below)

When I contacted Minisoft (we are using MS92 thru NS/VT connections),
they came
back saying this is a HP problem. Something about the telnet is sending
back the wrong escape sequences.
So what does the 'Failed to turn on single echo:68' mean? Is there a
fix/patch for Telnet?

Thanks in advance.....
