We haven't done anything like this since the mid-eighties, and networking has
changed beyond recognition since then, but we used to specify a remote node
with a colon, like:

file whatever = file.group.acct:nodename

":help file" looks like the syntax is still valid.

also toss in a few
remote:nodename hello whoever
remote:nodename bye
etc.

Would anyone know how to create a file equation to right output from a
batch job to another node.
