Yes it is a hoax, yes it might be real.  ;-)

The hoax part pertains to bad things happening by merely *READING* the e-mail
message.  Nothing bad will happen by merely reading this e-mail.

However, there may indeed be a real AOL4FREE trojan horse program.  If you
read that message, AND save the attached program AND run the attached program,
bad things may happen to you.
