Both of these utilities are available on the HP3000 web server at
http://jazz.external.hp.com.  Both are from Gnu.  Yes, there are
sometimes some anomalies when porting, but I've already taken care
of that for you.
 
The version of perl is a little old now, hope you don't need perl 5.0.
Also, the Gnu make is only marginally better able to handle HPUX make
files than the MKS make utility that comes with the box.  In addition,
the Gnu error messages are __much__ less friendly.
 
The web server does not currently support anonymous ftp.  If you don't
have web access, maybe you can talk somebody into making these things
available to you another way.  The utilities on JAZZ have generally not
been submitted to the CSL yet.
