Questions about new install of HP 955/500

We're getting an HP 995/500 installed at our conputer center.
 
1) Will this machine come with 5.0 installed?
2) If so, will it be ths push release?
3) Will it contain any patches?
4) Will we get a prod/subsys tape to reinstall products
   is that becomes necessary?
