Last week during some testing I was getting this error
- Error: 44;
- Socket error    : 116; DESTINATION UNREACHABLE.

I had 2 sessions already connected (REFLECTION NS/VT) and some clients
as well (which I was testing). Somehow the network got messed up.
Even taking NSCONTROL down and NETCONTROL STOP didn't clear it.

Had to reboot to clean it out.

I also usually got NS error 14, NETWORK ERROR as well.
Sorry no insights ... (yet).
