Actually, we are still getting good service from HP.  Maybe because we are
near LA and they still have people here who remember the 3000.

A few weeks ago we needed a part replaced and the guy who came to do it was
one who used to do preventive maintenance on 7933 disk drives.....  Hadn't
seen him in more than 10 years.
