Remember that the execution order of things is different. If the user just
types a command (or UDC) the system looks first to determine if a UDC exists
and the executes that. Next the system check to see if it is a valid MPE
command. Finally, the system checks the users HPPATH for a file that exists
of the name. Then executes the file (either run or XEQ) depending upon file
type.
