Hi Nick,

There is a book called "The IMAGE/3000 Handbook"
published by Worldware in Washington State.
Library of Congress number = 83-63136

It was published in 1984 so it may be out of print. It contains a pretty good
tutorial on IMAGE/3000. I also have a product which traces all IMAGE
intrinsic calls in any HP3000 application without changing a line of code!!
If you are interested in it, it is called RAT (Regression Analysis Tools). A
typical traced entry will tell you the parameters such as database name,
dataset name, arguments, status, buffer of data returned and stack marker
trace where the call originated from. I'd be glad to discuss this further
with you.

Sincerely,

Steve Zink
