Greg,
Simply describe your enviornment (model, disk space, memory, etc.),
current backup strategy, and what "improvement" is expected back to this
list and see what kind of reactions you get.

For example, are you needing 24x7 access, perhaps for web based access, if
so you need online backup capability.
