Almost a year ago we got Samba running on our 3k test platform. We were
impreesed with the possibilities. At that time the general consensus was
that Samba was not ready for commercial applications. We are currently
using HP's Resource Sharing in several mission critical applications.
Since HP has dropped Resource Sharing we are looking for alternatives. I
have lost track of Samba's progress and I have a few questions for the
list:

1. Is Samba ready for mission critical applications?

2. Is anyone currently using Samba on a 3k in a commercial application?

3. Does HP have any plans to support Samba on the 3k?
