mmmmm driving up the cost of business.
anyone know of a freeware or shareware autodialer for my pc so i can
autodial the toll free phone number of the telemarketers.
perhaps if the cost doing business (if you can call telemarketers business)
were major high, they would leave people alone.

As I understand it, the reason the German system costs more is that you
don't pay to receive calls in Germany. This means that when you call from
the US, you pay both your long distance charges and their cell charges.
Apparently, this policy has made tele-marketing rather rare there. Amen to
that!

We try to avoid calling cell phones in Germany as the phone company over
there has figured out a way to charge A LOT OF MONEY when you call a
German cell phone from America.
Also, you didn't say which country you were going to visit.
