Ken gve some very good advice on where to start if you wish to convert
the screens yourself. On the other hand, this type of screen
conversion is a part of the process that DB-Net, Inc. performs while
converting an entire HP3000 system or application to an HP9000. In
general, a complete conversion/migration involves the screens,
application code, subroutines, and data conversion to RDBs. (The lsit
is actually much longer).

DB-Net has also made idividual portions of their service available to
those not requiring a complete solution. The screen conversion and the
database conversion services have been very popular.

Additionally, I think Ken was refering to a wish for a VPLUS type
package in a Windows environment. This has been offered by DB-Net for
several years, including a Win95 version.

I hope this helps.
