Hi Al,
Thanks again for taking my call this morning, glad we could connect!
As discussed, my client FM Global (www.fmglobal.com<http://www.fmglobal.com/>) is looking to hire a Powerhouse Developer on a contract basis which will extend every 6 months for years to come, or even convert permanently. I confirm the pay rate of $50.00/hr W2, and you will also qualify for per-diem which equates to $23.00/hr of that hourly rate going untaxed by the State of RI. FM Global is located at 270 Central Avenue Johnston Rhode Island 02919-0750. I have placed a copy of the Job Description below for you to review.
I wanted to provide you with details on a special deal we have with Extended Stays America. Both of the Warwick, RI Extended Stay locations listed are 20 minutes from the FM Global office. The East Providence location is Brand New (more expensive) and only 15 minutes from FM Global. I have attached a summary of their offerings. PLEASE NOTE: The rates have been updated. The cost is $62/night at either Warwick location and $72/night when booked on a 30-day basis.
Please let me know your ultimate thoughts on the opportunity?
