While I have never done this myself, I'd probably be a little careful
with the ;REUSE option as this allows NM KSAM to behave different from
CM KSAM in one regard -- and this might bite you if the COBEDIT and/or
compiler rely on copylib records for one "module" being in strict order
i.e. the same order they have been written in...
