I have done this with good results:

Copy NMCONFIG from the old system to a different name or group other than
PUB on the new system.
Then, in NMMGR on the new system, press "Open Config", "Utility", then "Go
to COPY SUB".  This screen lets you specify the source NMCONFIG file from
the old system and the target NMCONFIG of your replacement system.  You can
specify entire sub-paths or trees to copy over to your new NMCONFIG file.
To copy a DTC sub-tree, the path might look like:  DTS.DTCPC.SELECT.DTC01.
Use "UTILITY", "Go To OUTPUT", "Display Tree" for a listing of the path
trees in NMCONFIG.
