This is why big companies are bound to fail.

On Friday of last week I called Lenovo to order 1 missing screw.   The screw of course is proprietary and holds the hard drive cover.

I only needed the screw, but it comes as a kit.  I asked them to send two, just in case, I did not want them to incur more shipping charges for an extra shipment.  That was not possible.

Today, I received a box from Lenovo
Dimensions?
9inches by 7.25 inches by 5.25 inches

Inside the box, there was another completely acceptable shipping box, sealed of course.
Dimensions?
8.75inches, by 5.75 inches by 1.5 inches.

Inside that box was my hard drive cover and a small 1/2 inch screw that I needed.

I guess I could call them today and tell them that one broke or got striped during installation.
