If the lan card is already in there, and you're on a reasonably recent
release of MPE/iX, you may be able to do all the DTC config and implement it
"online", so it's more of a "Yes, I'd like to implement these changes now"
and pray (that you won't be rebooting because the online configuration
process messed up badly :-)
