    I and other users got some error messages in this two days when I connect
    to our HP3000 system. At the first time, it only give us "Connection time
    out" and it can connect after we try it several time. However, the symptom
    seem toward serious at next day. It won't give the "time out" message
    instead it give us "General connection failure" and "Unable to connect
    host". This problem don't has in the past. Can you advice me what the
    problem is and how to fix it? Does reflection provide any diagnostic tools
    for me to check it.
 
    We use reflection 1 for windows 4.2, connection 3000 v4.0 and use VT-MGR
    to connect HP3000 MPE/ix v5.0.
 
    Is this information enough for your investigate? If not, what other
    information you need?
