After being off the net for a couple of hours today, I think we've fixed the
problem.

But I'd like those of you doing BGP to e-mail me privately to let me know
what announcements you're seeing for 159.115.0.0/16.

PS: Unfortunately BGP problems are impossible to debug from within your own
disconnected network.  :-(
