Can anyone recommend a good piece of software (3000 or NT based) that would
accumulate stats about the packets on our network?  Items of initial
interest are:

(1) times of day when volume exceeds predetermined thresholds,
(2) characteristics of largest components of overall usage, and
(3) successful delivery vs retransmits.
