I haven't done the 5.5 pp5 update/patch/install/etc, but I did go to 5.5
pp4 from 5.0 pp6, and I thought that the instructions were fantastic. I
always read the install instructions and "step through" the instructions
before the real thing, and I found it all a little overwhelming on my
first viewing of the document. After I spent a little bit of time
actually reading the manual and seeing what they were doing, I found
that this was the easiest and most error-free update that I have ever
done! I don't mind if they setup a web page and other tools for
different ways of going through the process, but I want my manual and I
like it in the format that 5.5 pp4 was in!

Kevin "Yeah, I called HPRC and congratulated them on a job well done!"
