No, not "Merced."

On Monday, October 21st, Exponential Technology announced the "Exponential
X704" microprocessor: a 533MHz PowerPC chip, expected to enter volume
production in the second quarter of 1997. (It will also be available in
"pokey" 500MHz and 466MHz versions.)
