Kent,
Perhaps you were thinking of when you would log into a group and issue the
purgegroup command. This would result in all files being purged within the
group, but due to the fact you were in the group, the group would be
preserved.

A very long time ago, I think I remember using "PURGEGROUP" to remove
all the files from a group. Does it work with volume set and MPEX?
I don't want to purge the group.
