    um.... standard answer???: "It Depends" :) hehe

    Truthfully tho, if you are including total cost of operation as part of a
square foot cost calculation then it is really going to vary since you might
keep your data center a tad warmer than I like to keep the ones I have managed
in the past.... (Art Frank will attest that he used to refer to my office in the
data center as being Arctic in nature! hehe)

   Also, you need to include the cost of maintaining the fire suppression system
(is yours a dry pipe? or wet pipe or hybrid system?) Plus the cost of your
backup solution and offsite storage (you do keep the backups offsite right?
hmmm)... You may or may not need to also cost in the phone line costs for your
support lines ie Predictive modems...
