There is a gotcha in QUAD when you try to Keep a file that somebody else
has open; your work is saved as a Qnnnnnnn file, but you have spelt
death to the original file.

It doesn't quite know it is dead; it stumbles around in a zombie-like
state until the last user closes it, and *then* it dies.

Once you have done this bad thing, there is nothing for it but to wait
until the file dies, and then rename your Qnnnnnnn file into its place.

You *can* leave a doer job primed to do this for you, but it's not
ideal.

Assuming (large assumption) that the behaviour seen is largely based on
the arcana of the MPE file system, and not on a bug in QUAD, any chance
that HP can fix this while they are at it?
