Hi Steve.

An INSTALL operation (which is what we call reloads now) is required when
removing or replacing a disc in the system volume set, or if you want to
defragment your file system and you don't have one of the third-party tools
to defrag online. Use :DISCFREE A to get an idea of how fragmented your
discs are.
