If your client allows you to filter against header content, you can filter
out 'charset="gb2312"' (for its significance, see for instance
<http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu/cgi-bin/rfc/rfc1842.html> et al). Conversely,
I have wondered if it might be worth filtering * for * a small subset of
charsets, and dumping everything else into a bucket appropriate to one's own
needs and desires.

I have no idea if it is practical for Raven or its administrators to filter
out this charset on our behalf. Whatever we are paying them, it isn't
enough.
