Okay, let me see if I can clarify this a bit more:

We don't have D/3000.  We do have to run QDD to generate a QSCHEMAC file
in order for QUIZ to work.  To me, that means that QUIZ has its own DD.
Now, if it can use D/3000, that's great!  But, you don't need D/3000 in
order to run QUIZ, do you?
