This doesn't seem to be quite the same situation. The TPC specification
provides all the detail anyone might want about what has to be
done--operations, sequencing, even database table/set and column/field types
and names. IOW, the "architecting" is pretty much done, at least for the
code to be written--I suspect that some work will be needed to set up the
client driver boxes. What's missing is an implementation.
