Despite the excellent job Merrill Lynch CEO John Thain did (please note
tongue in cheek), he and four other top executives at Merrill Lynch will
not be receiving any bonuses.  Nor will John Thain have a position when
Bank of America completes acquiring Merrill Lynch.
