I didn't watch the Fox special because I didn't want to soil the phosphor on my
TV tube with such garbage ;-), but the flag-waving video footage I've seen in
the past is from when the LEM blasts off to rendenvous with the command
module.  The flag waves quite well due to the LEM exhaust.
