Al,
Does this printer support PostScript? If so, it
it the default emulation? I have seen this happen with
HP printers that had PostScript as the default. Switching
to auto select cured the problem.

Subject: Output to a networked printer
Greetings, -L....today, networked printing. A remote site has gotten
themselves an external JetDirect, along with an IBM LaserPrinter 10.
The particulars....HP3000 937/LX, v. 6.00.00. The non-HP (M$Word)
printing
works fine.
This is the NPCONFIG entry
18 (network_address = 132.0.85.254
pjl_supported = false
TCP_port_number = 9100
setup_file = BLANK.HPENV.SYS)
ANY HP-initiated output router to this printer complains thusly...
gsmgr:10:51/151/Output spooler, LDEV #18: Device does not support page
level
recovery. Any interrupted document will be entirely reprinted.
Native Mode Spooler message 9038
The printer panel light flashes, indicating it's preparing to print,
stops
flashing, spoofle disappears....you get the picture.
As Always, Thanks In Advance!!!
