My Micro/XE Is Up And Running

This weekend, I finally got my Micro/XE installed and running
of Platform 3P with one old Eagle drive in my garage.

I have a TurboUpdate set of tapes for Platform 4.0 but since
they appear to NOT be the traditional FOS type tapes I'm not
sure where to begin.  

How does one start a TurboUpdate procedure in MPE/V?

Now, if I can get my only other Eagle drive to mount...
