imo, staffing at the rc for mpe related questions is at frighteningly low levels.
i understand that fewer) calls are being placed (not sure if this is a good thing
or a bad thing....) however i do know that hp has a contractual obligation to their
customers via these contracts. joe didn't say what kind of coverage this system
had....but i'll bet it was the standard four-hour callback....and that didn't
happen. (wasn't there an item on the sib regarding rc staffing...?) - d
