: 2- As an HP3000-L subcriber
: 3- As an HP 3000 third-party vendor
: 4- As a competitor

Such as the Mac-vs.-PC discussion you engaged in a few months ago?
Such as your similar "my modem's better than yours" discussion?
Such as others' postings of various puzzles and mind teasers the last couple
of weeks?

You may (or may not) have a legitimate gripe about the length of the message
(especially without a <PLUG ALERT>), but you sure don't have one (IMHO)
based on your 4-tuple list above -- at least until you opaque-ify the outer
walls of your own house.

: Just because you are an HP employee does not mean you can bully your way on

: invite users to your web site.

This is the biggest piece of [nonsense] I have read in some time, and
frankly, I expected better of you, Denys. This forum is open and unmoderated.
Nobody "bullies" their way onto it (although your posting comes close), and
nobody is forced to read anything posted on it. I venture to say that a
little muted criticism (or private e-mail) would carry a lot more weight
than your actual broadside.
