If I remember right you have to write a little commandfile to achieve this,
s.th. like
listf ...,dates
Source for dates is in listf.vesoft
You may write your own listf format based on this using the SORT command:
FOR RFILE IN MPEXFILESET
SORT (field1, field2,...fieldN)
DO...
FOR RFILE IN MPEXFILESET
SORT (ACCDATE, MODDATE)
DO...
