The "TC" file contains information on the SQL DataBaseEnvironment(s)
to which this database is (was) attached.
If you don't care to which DBEs the TurboIMAGE database was attached,
you can reset the "ATC flag" by building a dummy file CRDBTC with
file code -430 and then use dbutil to detach CRDB.
Please note that the DBE that CRDB was attached to may still have an
entry for CRDB and may need to be cleaned up or rebuilt.
