Several CI enhancemnents were targetted for Express 2 and slipped to Express 3
due to quality concerns that surfaced from high stress testing.  The
FLABELINFO and FINFO enhancements are in Exp 3 along with several more
CI enhancemnets.  Please refer to jazz "/ MPE papers / Communicators /
