Ah, for MPEX users, the magic incantation is...

   %LISTJOB;SUBMIT

which will show you the #J/S number and sessionname,user.account of the user
who submitted each job.  It does not show the submit time (though you can
look at the creation time of the #I file) nor the LDEV# that the user was
logged on to at the time.

And I confirmed that this information is stored only in the JMAT (Job MAster
Table) entry, so it *ought* to be :SHOWJOB's, er, "job" to display this
information, but apparently :SHOWJOB was not enhanced at the time this
information was added.

There's a DAT macro called ui_jmat("#Jnnn") that will dig through the JMAT
and display the information for you, but this is really slow and requires
the user have PM capability to run the macros against the live system from
:DEBUG.
