I have an HP DDS-3 Autoloader attached to a 997/400 box.  I am trying to
create a cslt tape that includes the directory and all files on the
system.
It appears that I can create a cslt tape with out any problems but when
I include the store option the job failes with the message "tape error".

I then got suspicious and tried to just do a store @[log in to unmask]@ and it failed.
I'm trying desperately to get the box up and running and I'm going
nowhere fast.

Does anyone out there use the DDS-3 autoload drives?  If so did you
encounter any of these problems, and how did you fix them.

I do have support working on the issue but we are both stumped at this
point.

Any help would be appreciated.
