The intent behind this one is draw from a situation where several consolidated
applications *each* require single-threaded jobs. What we would like to see is
a situation where the CPU can be efficiently utilized, even t hough several
applicaitons (Payroll, Receivables, you know, the usual suspects) can ecah be
single
threaded .
