I guess Definition of WMD is diffrent from people's view...
WMD is cheap OIL that IRAQ can produce, Brithish Oil & Texas Oil
Company is afraid of Cheap IRAQ OIL that can spread in world market.
Mass Destruction Weapon for those petrolium company got high producing
cost, unless they can control to not produce that cheap.
