"How can I tell if our DTC48's have the memory extension & support RAFCP?"

A DTC48 with a serial number starting with 3110 or higher has the memory needed. Otherwise, if a DTC48 was updated by an HP CE, then the CE should have put a sticker on the back of the DTC48 indicating the additional memory.

Within OVDTCMGR, DTC48/3000 should indicate a DTC that does NOT have the memory extension, while DTC48 should indicate a DTC that has the memory extension and possibly a telnet access card.

However, I would rely more on the serial number if possible.
