An easy way to get just the JDBC software would be to call the Response Center
and ask for 6.5 beta patch JDBLXB6A. I suspect you will have to manually
:NEWGROUP JDBC.SYS before installing this patch. This appears to be the only
JDBC patch currently in existence on any version of the OS.
