I couldn't find it on hp.com, but a Google search turned up a cached version
of
it:

They functionality is in JavaScript and it still works.  You can save the
page off somewhere.

By the way, I don't think I've mentioned this on the HP3000-L before, you
can setup Internet Explorer for Windows so that you can do different
searches from the Address bar.  For example, I just typed in "google PCL
wizard" and it did a search on google.  It's very convenient.  I have a page
