Hi Folks!

I installed AdvanceLink under DOS 6.22. I set up the configuration and get
the ":" prompt, executed some HP programs then exited from the Advance
Link. Next time I started it. I got only the two 1-s below, no function
keys, only the "big red" hardware reset key worked. When I delete the
CONF2392 file, the AdvanceLink starts again, forces me to redefine the
whole configuration. Exiting I have again a CONF2392.SLK file.

Which statements in the CONFIG.SYS and AUTOEXEC.BAT are incompatible with
AdvanceLink?

I guess one: "DOS=HIGH".

Any more tips, please.
                                TIA
                                              Frank

There are 3 kinds of programming errors: syntactical, semantical and mystical.
The programmers have to suck up the users just as much as absolutely necessary.
