The last address that I have for Phillipe is:

He is also the author of a 'ZIP' like utility for creating packages on the 
HP3K.  It creates a self extracting file that can be used for software 
distribution.  The name of the utility is "PINSTALL"

I'd happily host the software on 3k.com if we can get permission from the
author? Anyone know how to contact him?
