Hello Folks,
RE: LAN/Telnet to Async - Terminal Servers

Just a question to my friends out here to find out
what is working for you!

I am looking for a 12+ port terminal server which
supports inbound LAN/Telnet connections to a (menu)
selected Async port. (Yes, hp secure web consoles
are getting harder to find and all I ever hear
about is the stuff that doesn't work).

The CISCO 3600 with terminal server cards is a
solution I have heard recommended, but a bit out
of my price range.

How about XYPLEX 16xx terminal servers? Any
feedback ?

Any other solutions that you have heard of ?

Thanks ahead of time for your feedback.

Regards,

James Hofmeister
